I. General provisions.
The Regulations apply to the rules, conditions and scope of using the Advisory Services Center in the selection of a nursing home, hereinafter referred to as the Advisory Center, operating as part of the www.carehomescentre.co.uk website operated by Point Group Marek Gabański with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Chlewińska 13 hereinafter referred to as the Point Group and the www.domyopieki.pl Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the Foundation. The user is a person using the website and the Advisory Center referred to in point I.1.
The content of www.carehomescentre.co.uk is owned by Point Group or other entities and is legally protected.
II. Obligation to comply with the law.
The Customer undertakes to use the Consulting Center services in a way that does not infringe the rights of third parties (personal rights, copyrights), decency or law.
In the event that Point Group obtains information about your use of the Consulting Center services in breach of the Regulations or the law, Point Group has the right to process your personal data in order to determine its liability, and transfer this data to relevant public authorities.
Copying the contents of www.carehomescentre.co.uk and the Advisory Center in whole or in part is prohibited. The contents of www.carehomescentre.co.uk and the Advisory Center are protected by copyright and trade names, trade names or other marks (including graphics) being trademarks are subject to legal protection of industrial property. Any use of them may take place only with the prior written consent of the entitled.
The content of www.carehomescentre.co.uk has been prepared by Point Group and entities cooperating in good faith and on the basis of sources believed to be reliable, however Point Group is not liable for damages resulting from using the content of www.carehomescentre.co.uk.
Users use the www.carehomescentre.co.uk service and the Consulting Center services on their own responsibility and risk. The User may not have any claims against Point Group or the www.domyopieki.pl Foundation.
It is forbidden to use the website www.carehomescentre.co.uk and services of the Advisory Center in a manner contrary to the law, rules of social coexistence, good practices, netiquette and all activities that reduce the efficiency of the www.carehomescentre.co.uk service. Such actions constitute a reason to immediately block access to the www.domyopieki.pll website for a given user and to report a case to the law enforcement authorities, as well as to undertake actions provided for in the Civil Code.
II. Customer panel
In order to use the services of the Advisory Center, it is necessary for the Customer to set up an account in the IT system, hereinafter referred to as the Customer Panel.
The Customer, by creating an account in the Customer Panel, provides a login which is his e-mail address as well password.
The Customer is obliged not to disclose data used to log in to the Customer Panel to third parties and is liable for any consequences of disclosure of such data.
Point Group undertakes to take all technically possible and reasonable steps to protect the data collected in the Customer Panel against access and interference of third parties, as well as against unauthorized use of the Customer Panel.
If the Customer violates the provisions of the Regulations in force at the Point Group and in particular when using the services for illegal activities, decency or infringing the rights of third parties, Point Group may block services or suspend access to the account in the Customer Panel.
Point Group reserves the right to delete the account in the Customer Panel in which there has been no active service for the last 3 months.
IV. Personal data
The customer is obliged to provide real and complete data on the account creation subset in the Customer Panel. If it is determined that the data provided by the Customer is not true or complete, Point Group has the right to delete the account in the Customer Panel. Before removing the account, the Point Group may call the Customer to correct or supplement the data.
Point Group has the right to process the Customer's personal data necessary to provide services. Providing personal data indicated in the form when creating an account in the Customer Panel is voluntary.
The customer has the right to inspect their personal data and correct them using the Customer Panel and to request removal of their data, if they were collected in violation of the provisions or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
Point Group has the right, in order to perform the service and to the extent necessary for its implementation, to provide personal data of the Customer of the Foundation www.domyopieki.pl with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Chlewińska 13 and care centers cooperating with Point Group or the Foundation.
The processing of personal customer data is voluntary, but it may be necessary to perform the service.
The Customer, accepting the Regulations, declares that he has been informed about the purpose, scope of collection and data processing by the Point Group and the www.domyopieki.pl Foundation, the right to inspect their data and correct them, the right to request the cessation of data processing and object to the processing of data resulting from the Personal Data Protection Act.
V. Privacy protection.
The administrator of the Customer's personal data is Point Group Marek Gabański, ul. Chlewińska 13, 01-695 Warsaw
Personal data provided by the customer are processed for the purposes of the contract, order and with separate consent may be processed for marketing and promotional purposes, in accordance with the conditions specified in the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 101 from 2002, item 926, as amended)
Customer's personal data will be processed in the scope indicated in the order form.

The customer has the right to access their data and correct them, request to stop processing them, object to their processing and demand their removal.
The customer may receive by e-mail, in particular on the e-mail address provided by the customer, marketing or promotional materials, if he agrees.
The customer may at any time withdraw consent to receive marketing or promotional materials sent electronically by sending information about the cancellation to the following e-mail address: email@example.com
V. Final provisions.
Using the website www.domyopieki.pl and the services of the Advisory Center after changing the Regulations means that you accept the changes.
The new Regulations come into force on the day of its publication on the website
